Shipment and Deliveries Policy

All orders and purchase made through Boreman Limited are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions may be subjected to change from time to time, so please take notice and read carefully before placing your order(s). This website is owned and controlled by Boreman Limited. All orders and purchases placed via the provisions of this website shall be subject to these terms and conditions.

Orders:

When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and it is being process. All products are subject to availability, in the case where an order has come through and the product is out of stock (which has not been updated on the website), we will try to contact you via the email/phone number you provided when placing your order to make you aware of this problem. This would mean there would be a delay on the product delivery time, as we would have to replace the stock on that product, it would be to your discretion if you wanted to continue with the order and wait for the delivery or cancel the order.

Payments:

All prices on our site are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at the current rate at the time of ordering (23%). We do our best to ensure all prices are correct at the time of purchase, however, if priced are incorrect we will contact you directly if this effect your purchase in any way.

All payments are processed through two secure payment systems – Stripe and PayPal.

Guarantee and Warranty:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product with proof of purchase and a brief explanation and photo. We will swiftly take care of the problem. Our products come with a different warranty per product. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us and we will provide you with appropriate information.

*Please note warranty on any product will be void if any lamp or product has been tampered with *

Shipment/Deliveries and Returns:

Our delivery times are given in days, this means working days and excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

UPS Courier Service Provider: Ireland: 1-2 Working Days

                                                   Northern Ireland & United Kingdom: 2-4 Working Days

                                                   Mainland Europe: 5-7 Working Days

Delivery Cost will vary. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once order(s) have been dispatched and shipped.

As the courier company is a third-party, we cannot always control their delivery time. All deliveries are sent with a registered courier service provider and must be signed as proof of receipt at the time of delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. 

Returns Policies:

Boreman Limited takes great satisfaction in its products and customer service. In an event that you are not contented with a product and wish to return it you may do so. Before you return a product please contact us with proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the reason for return and photo of the product before you return the product back to us. You may return products within 14 days by post/courier from the day you received the goods. Return products must be “as new”, in the same condition/or the way they were received.

Return delivery charges are subjected to you the customer, under no circumstances do we cover the return delivery charges.

In all respects, shipping, postal and handling fees will not be refunded.

All items can only be returned within the terms of our returns policy, providing it is in the original condition it was received, “as new”, unused and product hasn’t been tampered with.

Returns by Post or Courier:

When returning any product (taking notice of our policy above), please post or send via courier service back to us at Boreman Limited, Drumhowra, Loughduff, Co.Cavan, Ireland, H12 KW52 within 14 days of the dispatch date for a refund in full (for the value of the product and not the shipping cost) via the original method used.

We will not pay for the cost of the return of the product, so please ensure you choose the most convenient method that suits you and the items being returned. For your own benefit and security, we recommend that you send goods via registered delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the good whilst they are in transit.

We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned.
